This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all travel services booked through Damus Travels Private Limited.
We operate as a commission‑based travel agency acting as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels and tour operators.
All bookings are governed by the cancellation and refund rules of the respective service provider.
Refund eligibility is determined strictly as per the provider’s policy.
Our agency service/processing fee is non‑refundable in all cases, even where the service provider approves a refund.
Additional cancellation handling charges may apply where applicable.
If a traveller fails to show up without prior cancellation, refunds will not be applicable unless specifically allowed by the provider.

We will coordinate with the service provider and update you on the status.
Refund processing time depends on the respective provider and bank/payment gateway.
Normally this may take between 7–30 working days after approval.
Changes to bookings are subject to provider rules and change fees. Additional fare differences may apply.
Any disputes regarding refund claims must be raised in writing within 14 days from the date of communication of refund decision.
